In cold storage facilities, evaporators are essential components of the refrigeration system, responsible for removing heat from the stored products and maintaining the desired low temperatures. These evaporators work by absorbing heat from the air inside the storage space and transferring it to the refrigerant, which then carries the heat away from the storage area.
