2. False ceiling and firefighting on roof load
3. HVAC load
7. Additional load if any

Followings are the load consider for designing PEB –

1. IS: 800-2007 Code for practice of general construction in steel.
2. Cold form steel members are designed accordance with IS: 801-1975
3. IS: 875-III-1987 (reaffirmed 1997) for wind load application
4. IS: 1893:2002 for seismic load
5. AWS “ American Welding Society” ( AWS D1.1.2010)
